Neil Vega. Empty Neil Vega.

Wed Sep 04, 2024 9:53 am
Scene opens at night with the sound of bubbling water, the camera slowly panning to a luxurious outdoor jacuzzi on the rooftop of an upscale hotel. The skyline twinkles in the background, the moonlight reflecting off the surface of the water. Neil Vega is lounging in the hot tub, arms stretched out wide, a smug grin on his face. On either side of him are two stunning women in swimsuits, both laughing and sipping champagne. Vega, in a pair of designer sunglasses and gold chains, is clearly in his element, living the high life.

Neil Vega: Ah, look at this... the good life. The kinda life I was born for. And, man, let’s be honest, it’s what I deserve.

He lifts a glass of champagne from the side of the hot tub, swirling it nonchalantly as if this kind of luxury is just an everyday thing.

Neil Vega: But, see, what really gets me... is that some of you poor folks in Path to Glory don’t realize just how lucky you are to see me step into that ring.

The two women laugh softly, clearly amused by Vega’s arrogance as he takes a slow sip of his champagne, barely glancing at the camera. He’s not talking to the fans because he cares, he’s talking because he knows he’s better than them.

Neil Vega: I mean, let’s be real for a second, how many guys in this business can look this good, wrestle this good, and still have time to enjoy... the finer things in life?

He waves his hand to the surroundings the hot tub, the skyline, the women, making it clear he’s enjoying every moment of his success. One of the women leans in, draping her arm over his shoulder as he casually shrugs, unfazed.

Neil Vega: See, the rest of the roster? They’re out there grindin', breakin’ their backs, sweatin’ it out in some run-down gym, dreamin' of this life. And me? Well, I just stroll in, beat whoever’s put in front of me, and then? I get the spoils. 'Cause that’s what happens when you’re Neil Vega, you get exactly what you deserve.

He sets his champagne down and looks directly into the camera now, his grin turning into a cocky smirk, eyes gleaming with arrogance.

Neil Vega: I deserve this. Every bit of it. The money, the fame, the respect, hell, even this hot tub... it's all mine, because I’m better than every single one of you. You think anyone else in Path to Glory is out here living like this? Nah. They’re all too busy chasing what I already own.

One of the women hands him another glass, and Vega takes it with a sly nod of thanks, turning his attention back to the camera.

Neil Vega: But here’s the real kicker. You all get a front-row seat to the show. You get to watch me dominate in that ring week after week. And you know why? Because deep down, you love it. You love to see a winner. You love to see someone who’s got it all, and I give you that... whether you like me or not.

Vega leans back in the jacuzzi, looking entirely too comfortable, as if he’s untouchable. His arrogance is palpable as he spreads his arms wide again, basking in his own glory.

Neil Vega: So, here’s the deal, Path to Glory fans. Keep showin’ up, keep buyin' your tickets, keep chantin’ my name, whether it’s love or hate, because at the end of the day, you need Neil Vega. And me? I don’t need a damn thing from you... except for you to recognize greatness when it’s standing in front of you.

With a final smirk, he raises his glass for a mock toast, the women doing the same, giggling as they cling to him.

Neil Vega: Here’s to me.. Neil Vega, the best thing to ever happen to Path to Glory. And trust me, I ain’t even started yet. Oh yeah.

He takes a sip of the champagne, sinking further into the jacuzzi as the camera pans out, leaving the image of Vega, completely relaxed and in control, while the skyline sparkles behind him. The sound of laughter and clinking glasses fades as the screen cuts to black.

Voiceover: Neil Vega... where greatness lives, and the rest just survive.

End scene.
